Plastic Parts Quality is one of functional team under QiEP, Corporate Quality. Its major task secure Plastic Parts external manufacture parts to fulfill LEGO unique quality value. The main working platform is external suppliers’ platform. To ensure the energy and cooperate success together through simplicity, coherence, and collaboration; To keep decreasing customer claim via more effective and efficient quality function in Development quality, Supplier quality management, and outgoing quality control. To escalate, prevent and detect quality risk before elements moving to our customers and consumers. To solve multiple quality issues by professional and systematic problem-solving approach. End orientation point to our stake holders and VIP customer’s service. To satisfy our customer always link to our performance management via continuous improvement. Our team slogan is “Make-Buy same quality” This position aims to identify the product quality risk and eliminate it during novelty stage. The main challenge for this position is the person should have good expertise on the quality development and product knowledge and strong quality mindset to ensure product fully compliance with our quality requirement in development stage.
