Quality Manager - Furniture Manufacturing Company
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Control: Conduct in-process inspections of materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Quality Audits: Perform regular audits to assess the effectiveness of quality processes and identify improvement areas.
  • Material and Component Quality: Review and verify materials and components meet quality specifications.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality data.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct process and product audits to ensure adherence to standards and customer expectations.
  • Non-Conformity Management: Handle non-conforming products, decide on rejection, rework, or repair, and implement corrective actions.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze feedback to improve product quality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop training programs, identify process improvements, and implement waste reduction strategies.
  • Lean Manufacturing: Apply lean principles to streamline processes and reduce waste.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with engineering, production, sales, and suppliers to ensure quality integration.
  • Other Responsibilities: Develop quality control processes, ensure compliance with standards, and resolve quality issues.

Skills and Qualifications:
