A well-established semiconductor company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to enhance product quality and ensure compliance with industry standards. The role involves developing quality management systems, overseeing quality assurance processes, leading audits, and collaborating with teams to drive improvements. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management, with substantial experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Quality Management or Quality Assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
• Photonics or equivalent optical and laser experience required.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality management system (QMS).
• Lead and oversee quality assurance and quality control processes across production and operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards (ISO, IATF, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
• Manage internal and external audits, including customer and certification audits.
• Analyze quality performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
• Handle non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to resolve quality issues.
• Train and mentor teams on quality standards and best practices.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer quality-related concerns and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
