Job description

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Lead and ensure quality program performance meeting the planned schedule, scope and result.
• Manage program changes that includes scope, plan, business rules, policies and procedures.
• Work with the program teams to identify project risks and evaluate solutions.
• Serve as Local Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned quality program.
• Represent Fab10 on the assigned quality programs in collaboration work with Frontend Operations network and GQ.
• Manage audit/customer visit preparation.

Requirements:

• Experience with IATF16949 standard and AIAG Quality Tools are preferred.
• Strong program and project management skill.
• Possess good collaboration skills and strong multi-tasking capability.
• Strong influencing skills and experience with driving cross-functional group issues to resolution.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards.
• Build and implement tools and dashboards to audit the current processes.
• Utilize new (e.g. Python, Tableau, etc.) and traditional (Excel, VBA, SQL, etc.) methods to improve and automate tasks.
• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Industrial and System Engineering Degree.
