Maintain and continuously improve the existing Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards including ISO45001 & ISO9001.
Establish, lead, and manage an ISO Committee, acting as the key liaison between management and external auditors during surveillance and renewal audits.
Ensure all quality procedures, documentation, and policies are up to date and aligned with industry best practices.
Identify, investigate, and rectify non-conformances, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.
Conduct internal audits and training sessions to enhance awareness and compliance with QMS protocols.
Collaborate with various departments to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
Secondary Scope – Talent Development & Safety Management:
Identify and mentor high-potential employees for future leadership roles and skill development.
Serve as the Fire Safety Manager, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and overseeing emergency preparedness.
Participate in and manage ad-hoc committees as required by the organization, contributing to various operational and strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements:
5 - 10 years working experience in Quality Assurance/Audit function such as MR role.
Strong knowledge and understanding of quality systems and experience in facing quality.
Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
Detail-oriented, strong analytical and organizational skill.
