Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, is a world leader in the design, manufacture and service of aircraft engines and auxiliary power units. We are seeking an Inspector to perform detailed engine parts inspections and dimensional checks using bore gauges, CMMs and borescopes.

The role requires a NITEC or Higher NITEC in related fields, integrity, and ability to work rotating shifts. Diploma holders and aviation experience are a plus, with SAP and MS Office familiarity.

Competenze

• NITEC or Higher NITEC in Precision/Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• High integrity and accountability with a strong drive towards quality.
• Able to work on weekly rotating shifts.
• Diploma may be advantageous.
• 2 years of relevant inspection experience in aviation preferred.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and SAP.

Mansioni

• Perform detailed inspection of engine parts and components per manuals and technical work publications.
• Perform dimensional inspection using precision measuring instruments (e.g., bore gauges, CMM, borescope).
• Conduct engine-level inspection per manuals and technical work publications.
• Interpret technical work instructions such as Service Bulletins.
• Perform daily tasks per quality procedures and guidelines.
• Support EH&S, Quality, Ethics and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Workshop Engineer/Manager.
