HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Tampines is seeking a Quality Inspector (QA/QC) to ensure product quality and manufacturing excellence in a fast-paced setting.

You will perform inspections on components and finished products, record results, and support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts. The role requires 1–2 years in QA/QC or manufacturing, basic IT skills, and the ability to work with inspection tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection, QA/QC, manufacturing or production environment
• Basic computer literacy required
• Able to use inspection tools such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters
• Able to communicate in English; attention to detail essential

Responsibilities

• Perform product inspections and quality checks per established quality standards
• Conduct visual and functional inspections on components and finished products
• Identify, record and report defects or non-conformities
• Assist with failure analysis, investigation and reporting
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions and safety requirements
• Maintain 5S and good housekeeping in the work area
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality
• Perform other quality-related duties as assigned
