Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Tampines, Singapore is hiring a Quality Inspector (QA/QC) to ensure product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on visual and functional inspections, recording defects, and supporting continuous improvement. The position offers a basic salary of SGD 2,300 to SGD 3,000 monthly, plus 12-hour shift allowances, meal and transport allowances. After training, you will work a fixed 4-day week with Sunday off and rotating day/night shifts.

Qualifications

• Technical, vocational, NITEC or equivalent qualification preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection, QA/QC, manufacturing or a production environment.
• Able to perform duties in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Able to use inspection tools such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Good attention to detail with effective organisational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working at heights where required and able to comply with workplace safety requirements.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, as it is the primary working language for safety, documentation and operational communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform product inspections and quality checks in accordance with established quality standards.
• Conduct visual and functional inspections on components and finished products.
• Identify, record and report product defects or non-conformities.
• Assist with failure analysis, investigation and reporting.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions and safety requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.
