Job summary

Crew in Singapore is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform quality inspections on components and finished products, documenting results and ensuring compliance with standards.

You will work in a manufacturing environment with rotating 12-hour shifts and a 4-day work week arrangement across teams A, B and C. The role requires 1–2 years' QA/QC experience, basic IT skills, and familiarity with inspection tools such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Quality Inspection, QA/QC, Manufacturing or Production.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and on rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with inspection tools, such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters.
• Good attention to detail, organisational and multitasking skills.
• Able to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Comfortable working at heights when required and able to follow workplace safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections on components and finished products according to established standards.
• Perform visual and functional inspections to identify defects and quality issues.
• Identify, document and report product defects and non-conformities.
• Assist with failure analysis, investigations and quality reporting.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions and safety requirements.
• Carry out inspections using basic tools such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the workplace.
