Job summary

A leading company in manufacturing is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector. The role involves conducting inspections, audits, and ensuring product quality through various methodologies and tools. Ideal candidates possess at least 'O' level education with relevant experience, and knowledge of quality tools and processes.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Stamping, Plating, Molding, and Connector Assembly is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and on rotation shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Incoming and Outgoing QA inspections.
• Perform weekly process audits and handle Non Conformance Material Reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality methodologies and measurement equipment.

Skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Applications

Knowledge of Quality tools

Good interpretation of product drawing

Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Incoming QA(IQA) and Outgoing QA (OQA) Inspection

• Quality Wall (QW) buy off

• Weekly process audit

• Non Conformance Material Report (NCMR)

Job Requirements

• Min “O” level with 3 years of related experiences in a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel & PPT)

• Knowledge of Stamping, Plating, Molding and Connector Assembly is an added advantage.

• Good knowledge on measurement methodology and equipment (profile projector, TM scope, OGP smart scope).

• Exposure in Process and QMS Audit.

• Knowledge of Quality tools such as SPC and 7 QC tools.

• Good interpretation of product drawing, specification and Inspection Plan.

• Able to work independently.

• Able to work rotation shift. (4DWW)

Working hours:

12 hours shift rotation (4DWW)
