THE COMPANY
Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Semiconductor industry with a strong presence within APAC region. They are looking for a Quality Head/ Director (Semiconductor) as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the VP of Engineering.
THE ROLE
The Quality Head/ Director (Semiconductor) is responsible for:

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems to ensure product reliability and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and SPC.
• Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to ISO and other relevant standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in quality management within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry; frontend & backend.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Certification in Six Sigma or equivalent quality management methodologies preferred.
