MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore (Bedok) is hiring a Food Safety Specialist to implement and monitor ISO 22000:2018 across kitchens, production facilities and catering sites.

The role requires maintaining HACCP documentation and CCP monitoring, and coordinating audits and food safety testing. You will conduct inspections, review SOPs, and support hygiene compliance and staff training, with travel between sites as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Assurance, Food Safety or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in food quality assurance, food safety compliance, food manufacturing, central kitchens or catering operations.
• Knowledge of ISO 22000:2018, HACCP principles, Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations and food safety management systems.
• Familiarity with internal/external audits, food sampling, hygiene inspections, corrective actions and food traceability procedures; knowledge of Halal certification is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate food sampling, hand swab testing, laboratory analysis and internal/external audits, ensuring proper documentation, timely corrective actions and continuous quality improvement.
• Conduct food safety inspections across production and catering operations, review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support hygiene compliance, incident investigations and staff food safety training.
