Job description

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing robust quality control processes for electrical and electronic components

• Conducting regular inspections and audits of supplier facilities and production processes

• Analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement to enhance product quality

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues

• Providing technical guidance and training to suppliers on quality best practices

• Maintaining comprehensive quality records and documentation

• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer, preferably in the electrical or electronics industry

• Excellent understanding of quality management systems, production processes, and statistical analysis

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Proficient in using quality management tools and software

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with suppliers and cross-functional teams

• Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest quality standards
