Quality Engineer, Senior

European MNC with manufacturing of medical parts

Location: Ang Mo Kio Area

5 day work week

• Collaborate with internal stakeholder and customers on inspection, testing, process capability support and inspection plans
• Review and update with Engineering on work process inspection technique and equipment instructions
• Own nonconformance issues raised and drive for disposition, investigation, CAPA
• Lead in ERP and QMS System
• Coordinate internal and external audits with reference to ISO13485
• Communicate with customers on process changes
• Conduct training, demonstrated work experience and tracking and update training system
• Collate quality documentation in areas of failed processes, material returns, customer rejects and corrections action
• Ad-hoc assignment with Global Quality Team

Requirement

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering
• 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing plant with focus in QMS and customer quality
• Familiar with ISO13485 and ISO9001 QMS
• ASQ certified Quality Engineer is preferred
• Documentation Control and proficient in problem solving tools Minitab, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, 7QC tools, 5Why, 8D and lean / six sigma
• Independent, team player and customer oriented
