Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a Quality Manager to lead QMS alignment with strategic goals, ensure customer focus, and assign responsibilities across departments.

You will monitor QMS performance, report to top management, manage risks with Process Owners, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001 and product safety audits. Strong background in electronics manufacturing and knowledge of CTPAT and WSH preferred.

About the role

• To carry out Top Management strategies to ensure the Quality Management System (QMS) aligns with strategic goals, promotes customer focus, and assigns responsibilities.

• To monitor QMS performance, report to top management, and ensure process compliance.

• Responsible for ensuring processes deliver intended outputs and managing risks with Process Owners / Department Managers.

• To ensure respective department adhering to procedures, identifying quality issues, and focusing on customer satisfaction.

• To define and maintain organizational charts, job descriptions, and procedure documents.

• To organise and conduct ISO 9001/14001 Internal and External, Product Safety audits to verify system functionality and compliance.

• To support company-wide Workplace Safety & Health and CTPAT activities.

About you

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Quality Management System activity

• Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standard and Product Safety (UL/TUV) audit

• Knowledge and experience in Custom Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT)

• Knowledge and experience in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)

• Knowledge and experience in Electronics manufacturing environment
