Jabil Malaysia is seeking a Quality Engineer – Product & Customer Quality to ensure products, processes and systems meet customer, regulatory, and company quality requirements. The role leads quality improvement initiatives, investigates quality issues, and supports audits on the shop floor and in development teams.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering and 3–8 years in quality engineering, with strong ISO 9001 knowledge and experience in CAPA, PFMEA, and SPC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–8 years of quality engineering in electronics/automotive/aerospace sectors.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and risk management (ISO 14971).
• Experience with CAPA, audits, validation, and document control.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the QMS in line with ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements.
• Lead CAPA investigations and ensure effectiveness checks.
• Coordinate internal and supplier audits and support external audits.
• Perform risk analyses, PFMEA, and control plan development.
• Analyze quality data and drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements.
• Support NPI and product transfers with quality plans.
• Review quality planning deliverables and supplier performance.
