Job summary:

• Basic up to $5000 (Stretchable based on exp)

• Entitled AWS + VB

• Regular office hour, Monday - Friday

• Proactive in resolving issues

• Working location at East region

Job scope:

• Lead a team of QA engineers and technicians to ensure high-quality product output

• Foster a quality-focused culture across departments to support zero-defect goals

• Drive Kaizen initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally for continuous improvement

• Align quality standards with customer requirements and manage quality feedback or complaints

• Oversee in-process inspections and compile internal/external quality reports for review

• Lead customer audits, ISO implementation, and product certification compliance efforts

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing quality environment

• Proactive in resolving issues
