Job description

Work Location: 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 Singapore 528760

Work Days: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead quality improvements by collaborating with production and relevant stakeholders on Kaizen activities and conducting line audits.
  2. Responsible for ship hold operations.
  3. Coordinate with the NPIE team on NPI documentation and system updates to ensure smooth production start and ramp-up.
  4. Lead a team of inspectors and technicians for line assembly inspections and outgoing inspections to ensure timely product delivery.
  5. Understand customer manufacturing quality requirements and align with internal business strategies to meet quality objectives and KPIs.
  6. Analyze quality issues and defects, driving improvements with relevant departments to achieve quality KPIs.
  7. Monitor and manage production issues and customer complaints; lead cross-functional teams (8D) to resolve corrective actions promptly.
  8. Deliver reports and presentations on quality performance metrics to management and customers.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to lead product inspections and safety certification requirements by safety agencies.
Requirements:
  • Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills; able to work under pressure.
  • Proactive with the ability to work independently.
  • Provide constructive solutions and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Good knowledge of ISO management and customer audits.
  • Understanding of RBA compliance.
