Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to uphold product and process quality, maintain the QMS and ensure NADCAP compliance.

The role includes updating procedures, performing audits, and coordinating with customers and suppliers on non-conformances. You will also drive corrective actions to reduce costs of poor quality and deliver continuous quality improvements. The ideal candidate has a relevant engineering degree and at least 2 years of experience in QMS/NADCAP, with

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in QMS and NADCAP.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance for product and process; maintain quality management system.
• Review and revise quality procedures and quality control instructions.
• Liaise with customers, vendors on non-conformances; perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Conduct internal audits to evaluate quality system, products and processes.
• Perform vendor and on-site audits as required.
• Drive down monthly Cost of Poor Quality/scrap.

• In charge of performing quality assurance functions with regard to the product, process and maintain quality management system while ensuring compliance with all customers’ requirements
• Responsible for reviewing and revising quality procedures and quality control instructions
• Liaise with customers / vendors / suppliers on non-conformance activities, perform root cause analysis and determine effective corrective actions to reduce or eliminate the cost of poor quality
• In charge of performing internal audits to evaluate quality system, products, and processes
• In charge of performing vendors’ and on-site audits as required
• Drive down monthly Cost of Poor Quality/ scrap

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineering / other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Management System and NADCAP
