Qualifications

Job Description:

• Liaison with customer reps on documentation procedures
• Update and review QMS documentation
• Conduct external and internal audits
• Analyze and follow up on audit findings
• Implementing Quality improvement programs or campaigns
• Conduct training on Quality and Safety
• Carry out investigation into incidents, accidents and customer complaints
• Carry out surveillance on work compliance, safety, good housekeeping and proper documentation

Job Requirements:

• Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma
• Conversant with Airworthiness requirements and / or Quality Management System (AS9100)
• Internal auditor trained (ISO9001/AS9100)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment 1 to 2 years' experience in aviation
• Possess valid class 3 driving license is an advantage
