Quality Engineer (Aerospace)

Responsible for First Article Inspection (FAI), Dedicated Product Release Verification and material review

Develop and review quality and inspection plans

Managing quality-related activities with customers and internal staff, including customer rejects, product defects and non-conforming material

Perform product and system audit for both in-house and vendors.

Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Position Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Management.

Knowledge of AS 9100 / ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements

Knowledge in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)

Knowledge in product inspection methods

Knowledge in application of CMM would be an advantage

Good understanding of Quality Statistical Tools and Methodologies such as Cpk, SPC, GR&R and 6 Sigma tools

Proficient in writing quality manual and procedures

Able to lead &/or perform Internal Audit

Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm (Flexible working hours)

Salary: $4500 - $5500 (Negotiable- The Conmpany is open to budget if candidate is suitable)
