Job description

Job Description:

• To plan, organize and monitor QA activities in the department
• Evaluate new samples acquired from suppliers for First Article submission to customers
• Verify Non-Conforming Goods to allow RTV items, incoming goods or stock items transferred to Defective Material Bay
• Control and manage the Equipment Calibration System
• Carry out internal calibration or arrange external calibration
• Assume the role of Internal Quality Auditor, as and when assigned by the QMR
• Perform incoming and outgoing QC inspection
• Preparation and filling of QA inspection reports
• Verify Non-Conforming Goods with available samples from customers
• Issue Defective Material Report to activate MRB (Material Review Board) meeting and to attend the MRB Meeting
• To assist in Deposition making
• Help to maintain all quality documents (DMR, FAIR, IOIR, COC and Customer Drawings)

What we're looking for:

• Degree / diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in D365 will be advantageous
• Proficient in AutoCAD drawings
• Background in Quality Assurance will be advantageous but not necessary
• Strong understanding of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and process control methods
• Proficient in the use of quality control equipment and instrumentation
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately document findings
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
