As a Quality Engineer, you’ll play a hands-on role in making sure our people, products, and operations are always flying at the highest level of excellence. From inspecting tools and equipment to leading safety audits and investigations, you’ll be our go-to expert in making sure everything’s just right.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance quality across our operations

• Monitor and maintain compliance with aviation and safety regulations

• Conduct facility, tool, and equipment audits to uphold workplace safety standards

• Lead safety training for technical teams and help embed a quality-first mindset

• Investigate safety or quality incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions

• Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in a quality or safety-related role

• Strong understanding of aviation regulations and quality assurance best practices

• Holding a valid CAAS license

• Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills — you don’t just spot the issue, you solve it

• Great communication and influencing skills — you're confident leading conversations and change

• A proactive, hands-on mindset — you take initiative and make things happen
