• Ensure all products meet quality specifications and manage daily customer quality issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot PCB-related issues.
• Lead internal and external audits as part of quality management.

Job Description:

• Ensure all products, process, and system quality conform to customer’s specification and internal quality system.
• Ensure quality requirements are achieved in development of new products.
• Engage customer quality counterparts and resolve daily quality issues while providing timely analysis report to customer.
• Perform internal audit as part of quality management system and lead external (customer) audit
• Work with other sections to monitor and improve yield improvements, as well as drive quality improvement activities.
• Work with other sections to perform root causes analysis and investigation for product fallout.\
• Support production in troubleshooting of PCB related issues
• Other duties as asigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related manufacturing / operations expertise.
• More than 3 years experience in manufacturing background or equivalent.
• Proficient in electrical testing hardware and software.
• Proficient in Quality Basic Tools.
• Have a positive and a “can-do” attitude.
