United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) in Singapore is seeking a QA professional to ensure process changes comply with the Quality Management System. You will review change reports, coordinate PCN communications with customers, and ensure adherence to internal SOPs and AIAG standards.

The role includes leading productivity projects, handling fab abnormal situations, and supporting audits and cross-site activities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in wafer foundry operations, back-end IC packaging processes, process integration, or PCN quality assurance.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of AIAG-VDA FMEA and Control Plans is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review Fab process/recipe change report, ensure change risk has been addressed and review process follows internal defined procedure.
• Communicate with customer on PCN and ensure all customer requests are well fulfilled.
• ReviewFMEA / Control Plan and ensure the format fulfill internal SOP as well as AIAG standard.
• Lead or participate in project for productivity, daily job & work process improvement & quality system enhancement.
• Independently drive fab abnormal handling, customer handling, such as assist in fault investigation and special requirement.
• Other assignment by manager, such as : support 2nd/3rd parties audit, cross site activity, coach junior team member, etc.
