Job summary

Vita Coco Singapore seeks an Associate Director of Quality to lead the AMS Quality & Technical Team, shaping end-to-end quality across the supplier-to-consumer value chain. You will translate corporate quality objectives into actionable local plans and drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

In this senior role, you will oversee Brand Quality, Operations-facing Quality and Laboratory, partner with global leadership, and ensure compliance with worldwide standards while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Quality within the food and beverage industry, with at least 2-4 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Experience with low-acid aseptic processing and knowledge of regulatory standards (HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, ISO 22000).
• Willingness to travel internationally and work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align global Quality policies with local Singapore operations.
• Develop and mentor a multi-functional Quality team across Brand Quality, Operations-facing Quality and Laboratory.
• Oversee Quality Laboratory operations and ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation.
• Manage CAPA processes and supplier quality programs across the supply base.
• Define and track Quality KPIs and report to local leadership and US HQ.
