Job summary

All Link Medical & Health Products Pte Ltd is seeking a Quality Controller to support the QMS, ensure GMP compliance and manage product release. The role involves inspections, deviation handling, CAPA, audits and documentation control in a clean room environment.

The ideal candidate holds a related diploma and has 2+ years in pharmaceutical/health supplement manufacturing, with strong attention to detail and teamwork. Singapore-based, 5-day week, on-site.

Qualifications

• Diploma in related studies (Chemistry, Food Science, etc.).
• At least 2 years of work experience in pharmaceutical/health supplements manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of GMP.
• 5 days’ work week.
• Good hygiene habits.
• Comfortable in Chinese-speaking environment (liaising with colleagues).
• Able to work well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure manufacturing activities comply with GMP, SOPs, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Receive, approve and reject release of starting, packaging, intermediate, bulk and finished products.
• In charge of label reconciliation, retention of samples & calibration of equipment.
• Conduct incoming, in-process and finished product inspections.
• Review & check production and quality records for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in handling deviations, non-conformances, CAPA and customer complaints.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Assist in investigation and root cause analysis of quality issues.
• Ensure proper control and maintenance of QA / QC documentation and records.
• Issue and close BMR.
• Monitor and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Support new initiatives to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
