Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore (Gul Circle) is seeking a Quality Control Technician for a 6-month contract. The role involves extensive QC testing of GeneChip arrays and data review to ensure timely release, with ISO 13485 and MDSAP compliance guidance.

The successful candidate will perform target preparation for Cytoscan and Axiom products, review batch records, and support investigations into product failures, while maintaining QC documentation and providing training to junior staff.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Quality Control experience.
• Diploma in any science field required.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC testing and review QC data to support the timely release of GeneChip arrays.
• Provide data trending and assist team leads with troubleshooting and failure analysis.
• Perform QC testing of GeneChip products to ensure compliance with ISO 13485, MDSAP and 21CFR 820 requirements.
• Perform target preparation for Cytoscan and Axiom products.
• Review and disposition QC batch records for release to QA.
• Perform preventive maintenance for QC equipment.
• Schedule QC testing and target preparation activities.
• Support investigations relating to product failures and implement corrective actions.
• Support experiments and analysis for new product releases and test method enhancements.
• Perform trending and monitoring of QC data to support failure analysis and troubleshooting.
• Provide QC updates during daily Tier 1 meetings.
• Support the FQC Supervisor in completing assigned tasks.
• Maintain controlled documents for QC operations and provide training to junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC testing and review QC data to support the timely release of GeneChip arrays.

• Perform QC testing of GeneChip products to ensure compliance with quality specifications, particularly ISO 13485, MDSAP and 21CFR 820 requirements.
• Perform target preparation for Cytoscan and Axiom products.
• Review and disposition QC batch records for release to QA.
• Perform preventive maintenance for QC equipment.
• Schedule QC testing and target preparation activities.
• Support and conduct laboratory investigations relating to product failures and participate in implementing corrective actions where required.
• Support experiments and analysis for new product releases and enhancement of test methods.
• Perform trending and monitoring of QC test data to support failure analysis, investigation and troubleshooting.
• Provide QC updates during daily Tier 1 meetings.
• Support the FQC Supervisor in completing assigned tasks.
• Ensure controlled documents supporting QC operations are properly maintained and readily available.
• Provide training to junior employees and QC staff as required.
