Qualifications

• Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology or related field.
• Experience in QC testing is desirable.
• Familiarity with quality standards (ISO 13485, MDSAP, 21 CFR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC testing and review QC data for timely release of GeneChip arrays.
• Provide data trending and assist in troubleshooting failures.
• Review and disposition QC batch records for release to QA.
• Perform preventive maintenance for QC equipment and schedule QC testing.
• Support investigations related to product failures and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in new product releases and enhancement of test methods.
• Provide training to junior staff and ensure controlled documents are maintained.
