Job summary

A leading company in the jewellery manufacturing sector is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to conduct inspections and maintain quality standards. The successful candidate will ensure compliance, document QC results, and support operational improvements. Applicants must have at least NITEC qualification and relevant experience in quality control.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in any discipline required.
• At least 1 year of QC experience in Jewellery or Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with basic production workflows.

Job description

• Conduct quality inspections on both incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with internal standards and specifications.
• Carry out various product processes including quality checks, repairs, rework, and defect documentation.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of QC results and supplier documentation in the system.
• Assist in establishing SOPs and maintaining organized storage conditions and stock checklists.
• Support general quality control operations and participate in improvement initiatives and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in any discipline
• At least 1 year of QC experience in Jewellery or Manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with basic production workflows and strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to work independently and learn quickly.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
