The role involves performing detailed inspections of raw materials, components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am–6:00pm; Salary: SGD 2,500–3,000 per month. You will record and analyze test data and inspection results, prepare detailed reports, assist in developing quality control policies and guidelines, and ensure compliance with company standards and industry

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of raw materials, components and finished products to ensure products meet quality specifications and standards.
• Records and analyzes test data and inspection results.
• Prepare detailed reports to document findings, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations.
• Detect and identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities in products or processes
• Recommend corrective actions and participate in root cause analysis.
• Work closely with production staff to address and resolve quality issues.
• Provide training and guidance on quality standards and procedures to production personnel.
• Communicate any quality control issues to superior.
• Recommend and implement solutions to improve product quality.
