Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting incoming materials and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards and customer specifications. Your work plays a critical role in ensuring the long-term success of our customers through consistent product quality.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections of incoming materials and finished products according to technical requirements and customer specifications.
  • Conduct visual and functional checks to identify defects and ensure conformance.
  • Interpret technical requirements and understand inspection tolerances and specifications.
  • Accurately document inspection results in reports and logs.
  • Report any non-conforming parts or processes to the supervisor promptly.
  • Comply with all company quality and safety standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum ITE certification in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, process steps and a quality-focused mindset.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications
  • Experience with CNC operation is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
