Job summary

YU GYO ENGINEERING & TRADING PTE LTD is seeking a QA professional to ensure products and services meet quality standards, are defect-free and compliant with specifications. The role will formulate, establish and implement QA systems, develop inspection and testing methods, investigate complaints, and coordinate with suppliers, customers and staff to achieve quality targets.

Audits (ISO, customers, suppliers) support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Formulate, establish and implement QA systems and programs.
• Develop inspection, testing and sampling methods to support quality improvement.
• Investigate complaints and respond under defined procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal staff to meet quality requirements.
• Assist in handling audits from ISO, customers and suppliers.
