Une entreprise leader dans l'industrie énergétique recherche un QA/QC Manager pour superviser les contrôles de qualité et assurer la conformité avec les normes requises. Ce rôle nécessite de l'expérience dans la gestion de qualité au sein de projets de construction dans le secteur pétrolier/gazier, ainsi qu'une excellente capacité de communication pour travailler en collaboration avec diverses parties prenantes.
Job Summary
Responsible to ensure the required Quality Controls are performed by the company and the sub-contractors in accurate, transparent and traceable manner with the establish specifications. Check that necessary documentation and records are effectively and satisfactorily completed.
Role and Responsibilities
· Verify all Inspection and Test Plan (ITPL) amd any reports or forms required for the scope of activity are available, approved and that the latest version are used.
· Witness and verify the quality of records and test certificates to ensure the data are aligned with project requirements
· Perform preliminary quality inspection together with discipline responsible prior client inspection
· Maintain quality control inspection and test metrics to monitor progress and to monitor quality of records in accordance to site progress
· Notify responsible supervisor / manager of non-confirming items that require immediate attention
· Join periodical site meeting to review quality issue and suggest improvements
· Monitor the consolidation of Final As-Built and Final QC documentation in accordance with agreed procedure, structure and schedule
· Manage and monitor performance of sub-contractor works
Qualifications
· Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical and Manufacturing) from a local or internationally recognized university.
· Essential to this role is a certified Senior Welding Inspector 3.2.1 by CSWIP.
· Essential is 8 years experience in a QA/QC Manager or Supervisor capacity
· Essential to the success of this role is experience in site construction works in single shaft power plant or oil/gas industry as well as experience in Gas Turbine and Combined Cycle Power Plant processes.
· A key requirement is familiarity of standards such as ISO 9001;2015 and ASME code 31.1 and as well as site Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Policies.
· Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills as this role is required to partner with internal and external stakeholder
