Job summary

TEMPERATURE SENSORS SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a QA Inspector to perform routine inspection reporting, analyze production quality issues, and manage non-conforming material. You will ensure accurate documentation, maintain calibration and testing records, and support client audits in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Working hours are from 8.30am to 5.30pm on weekdays with half-day Saturdays, based at Ubi/Eunos.

Qualifications

• 2 years relevant working experience in related industries.
• ASNT Level II certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational ability.
• Independent and keen learner; flexible and adaptable.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly & monthly inspection reports.
• Analyse and troubleshoot production quality issues.
• Material receiving inspection.
• Disposition of non-conforming products (incoming & outgoing).
• Handle customers’ complaints (CAR) with effective corrective actions.
• Provide training to QC inspectors.
• Liaise with client inspector on inspection points.
• Conduct regular line audit and drive quality improvements.
• Conduct ISO audits and assist with external customer audits.
• Carry out PMI, Pressure & PT tests.
• Maintain Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and PQR records.
• Maintain NCRs, follow-up sheets, calibration status reports for measuring and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and trouble-shooting production quality issues.
• Material receiving inspection
• Disposition of non-conforming products (incoming & outgoing).
• Handle customers’ complaint (CAR) with effective corrective actions.
• Provide training to QC inspectors.
• Liaise with client inspector on inspection point(s).
• Conduct regular line audit and drive for quality improvement.
• Conduct internal ISO audit and manage external customer audit.
• Conduct PMI, Pressure & PT tests
• To keep and update all the Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR)
• To keep and update all non-conformance reports (NCR), follow-up sheet, calibration status report of measuring and test equipment.
• Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or higher management.
