• Understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform sample inspection of materials, WIP and finished products.
• Document inspection outcomes and submit for QA Engineer’s approval.
• Update IQC, OQC and Yield Reports, prepare C of C with OQC Report.

Job Description

• Perform sample inspection of materials, WIP and finished products as per IQC and OQC checklist.
• Release incoming materials that have passed verification or inspection.
• Release finished products that have passed inspection to be delivered to customers.
• On-hold or reject materials and finished products that fail to meet quality expectations.
• Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
• Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records. Submit for QA Engineer’s approval.
• Update IQC, OQC and Yield Reports; Key in test data for customer data/ records and prepare C of C with OQC Report.
• Any other task assigned by QA Engineer

Requirements

• Preferably with 1-2 years related working experience in similar job scope
• Preferably in Manufacturing industries, Production department.
• Basic application of Microsoft Office & Excel.
• Good math and technical skills
• Understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques
• Good work attitude & interpersonal communication skill, self-motivated, independent, team player and willing to learn.
