TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD is seeking a QA/QC professional to perform comprehensive quality inspections across incoming, in-process, and final checks. You will inspect materials and finished goods, identify defects, and coordinate corrective actions with the production team to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Diploma or degree in mechanical/electrical engineering.
• 1–2 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with metal fabrication or machinery is a plus.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and product specs.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or quality systems preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary: $2,800 - $3,200

Location: Pandan Crescent (Nearest MRT Station - Haw Par Villa)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process and final quality inspections to ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products before shipment.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate with the production team on corrective actions.
• Investigate defects and follow up to ensure corrective and preventive actions are properly implemented.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC plans, inspection checklists, reports and quality documentation.
• Provide guidance to production staff on quality requirements and improvement areas.
• Recommend improvements to production processes to enhance product quality.
• Support preventive maintenance planning and monitoring.
• Ensure quality and safety requirements are consistently maintained.
• Support site preparation, coordination and submission documentation when required.
• Assist in site safety management and ensure compliance with relevant Singapore Standards and Codes of Practice.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 1-2 years of relevant Quality Control / Quality Assurance experience , preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in metal fabrication, sheet metal, precision engineering, machinery or mechanical products will be advantageous.
• Able to read engineering drawings and understand product specifications.
• Knowledge of quality inspection, corrective actions and QA/QC documentation.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or manufacturing quality systems will be advantageous.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as with production teams.
