Working Time: Monday - Friday (08:30AM - 17:30PM) / Saturday (08:30AM - 12:30PM)
- Develop and implement product quality control plans; monitor yield rates and oversee raw material inspections, in-process quality, and final product checks.
- Identify customer requirements, coordinate product quality reviews across marketing and production departments, and communicate directly with customers on quality issues.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently by coordinating internal teams and ensuring timely resolution to minimize quality-related losses.
- Oversee production line quality targets, conduct audits, and assist in root cause analysis and yield improvements.
- Control the quality of incoming materials from suppliers by auditing credentials and issuing improvement actions.
- Regularly report quality plans and results to management and propose data-driven improvements to meet customer expectations.
- Assist with production scheduling and sales order planning, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives through production data analysis.
- Manage inspection reports and compliance alerts for special equipment (e.g., pressure vessels) and follow up on corrective actions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (may be waived for strong candidates); proficient in both English and Mandarin for daily operations;
- 3–5 years of experience in food industry quality or production management, with strong understanding of food processing and QC systems;
- Knowledgeable in quality inspection and food safety awareness; Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus;
- Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and capable of leading cross-functional quality improvement efforts.

- 制定产品品质控制方案,监控产品良率,监控原料验收及标准修订、生产程品质和产品出厂品质;
- 协助市场,识别顾客的需求与期望,组织市场部门及生产部门对产品需求进行评审,并负责与顾客进行质量方面的沟通;
- 针对客户端的质量投诉,及时应对,快速反应,召集公司内部人员解决品质投诉,与工厂内部沟通协调,降低不良品带来的损失;
- 跟进工厂产线品质管控,制定产品质量目标,审核产线,协助工程师分析不良,提高良率;
- 对供应商来料品质进行管控,审核供应商资质,提出供应商改善建议;
- 定期向部门经理汇报质量管控的计划,措施,效果,包括改进的需求,以事实为依据,确保产品质量的持续改进,使之与客户要求相适应。
- 协助生产端进行销售订单及生产计划输出,并配合厂长做生产数据分析,提升现场改善。
- 负责工厂特种设备及压力容器等产品对应检验报告梳理及预警,并跟进结果。
岗位要求:
- 食品相关管理工作经验3-5年以上,熟悉生产工艺流程及工艺管控,熟悉行业测试及质量标准;
- 具备质量检测相关知识,受过专业管理培训,持有6sigma黑带资格者优先;
- 有食品安全风险意识,工作认真、负责任、沟通能力强;
- 会用英语、中文交流及开展日常工作。
