Job Title: Quality Control Executive

Location: Tampines industrial, Singapore (only site)

Reports To: Site Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Control Executive to join our growing team at Panorama Antennas, a leading manufacturer in the telecommunications sector. The Singapore manufacturing site is undergoing rapid expansion to meet the growing global market demand. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality control of inbound deliveries, & production line processes alongside overseeing the ISO9001 audit. This role requires strong analytical and problem solving skills along with communication skills to interact with the production operators, the Quality Team Manager and head office in London.

Principle Responsibilities:

1. ISO 9001 Quality Management System

• Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 QMS.

• Conduct internal audits and support external audits.

• Ensure documentation and procedures are up to date and compliant.
  

2. Inbound/Finished Good Inspection

• Oversee inspection of incoming raw materials and components.

• Follow inspection criteria and sampling plans.

• Coordinate with HQ to resolve quality issues.

• Maintain records of inspection results and supplier performance.

• Perform checks on finished products according to our quality control plan to ensure they meet all required standards (100% checks).
  

3. In-Production Process Control

• Monitor and audit in-process production to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Follow Statistical Process Control (SPC) and implement other quality tools.

• Work with production team & engineering to identify and resolve quality issues.

• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

3. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.

• Maintain quality documentation such as inspection plans, SOPs, and work instructions.
  

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Liaise with engineering, production, and procurement teams.

• Train employees on quality standards and procedures.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science or related technical field

• Diploma holders with strong experience may also be considered
  

Certifications (preferred but not required)

• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certificate

• Certified Quality Engineer (COE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) from ASQ
  

Professional Experience:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or quality control in a manufacturing environment.

• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 implementation and audits.

• Familiarity with supplier quality and in-process inspection.

• Knowledge of how to use a network analyser would be beneficial.

• Experience with soldering and connector fitting is a plus but not essential.

Remuneration: SGD42K to SGD54K

Hours of work: 40 hours per week

8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, with one hour lunch break unpaid
