Job summary
A food manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee hygiene and production standards. Responsibilities include conducting factory audits, maintaining food safety, and training workers. Candidates should have a relevant education in Food Science and knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards. This position offers Monday to Friday working hours.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene is essential.
- Understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO22000, and FSSC 22000 is required.
- Knowledge in a FSSC 22000 environment is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and enforce hygiene and critical control points in production.
- Assist in factory audits and handle employee misconduct.
- Maintain food safety standards and handle administrative tasks.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding quality matters.
- Travel for training and checks on food quality and hygiene.

Responsibilities
- Supervise, monitor, document and enforce factory workers’ hygiene and critical control points of production
- Assist in factory audits
- Handle any employee misconduct or issues relating to food safety and hygiene
- Maintain records and food safety standards
- Handle administrative tasks such as placing orders for factory supplies related to Quality Control and sending samples for lab tests
- Liaise with suppliers and customers relating to quality matters and documentation
- Travel to different outlets to conduct training and checks on food quality and hygiene
- Conduct training for workers
- Travel overseas to visit suppliers and customers for audits and sales support functions
- Working hours: 8am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene
- Relevant education in Food Science
- Competent knowledge in Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO22000 and FSSC 22000
- Knowledge in FSSC 22000/working in an FSSC 22000 environment is an advantage.
