Job summary

Triton AI Pte Ltd in Singapore invites applications for a 9 months maternity cover role in the laboratory quality area, based on Jurong Island. The position includes a basic salary up to SGD 3,500 plus fixed allowances of about SGD 300, with transport provided from designated pick-up points.

The candidate will perform routine and non-routine laboratory analyses, ensure calibration, manage data entry in SAP, and support GMP/ISO compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Process Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of laboratory, Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience in the chemical or a related industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with laboratory techniques, analytical equipment and quality management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to interpret test results and make sound, independent decisions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Responsible team player who is also comfortable working independently.
• Able to work effectively and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory testing, including addendum and retest analyses, in accordance with approved methods, specifications, and procedures.
• Conduct non-routine analyses as required, including investigations related to customer and supplier complaints.
• Carry out equipment calibration and maintain accurate calibration records in compliance with relevant standards.
• Review test results, perform SAP data entry, and maintain laboratory documentation to support timely product release and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate sample submission, track testing progress, follow up on results, and manage purchase order administration for external testing laboratories.
• Support laboratory housekeeping, 5S programs, safety initiatives, toolbox talks, and continuous improvement activities.
• Comply with all applicable GMP, ISO, SHE, and site requirements, and provide support for other QC laboratory activities as assigned.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
