Job summary

Keystone Cable in Singapore is seeking a diligent Administrative Assistant to support QC operations. You will prepare test reports, generate documentation, and enter daily manufacturing records with accuracy.

Responsibilities include calibrating test equipment schedules, coordinating Factory Acceptance Tests, and organizing information both on paper and digitally. No prior experience required; opportunities to advance to QC Specialist, with an attractive gross salary up to 2200 SGD and staff

Qualifications

• Team player and willing to take on general administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.
• Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• No work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare test reports for submission to customers.
• Generate other reports and supporting documentation.
• Data entry of daily manufacturing records.
• Scheduling calibration for test equipment.
• Performing other relevant/ad-hoc duties assigned by QC Manager.
• Coordinates and monitor schedule for Factory Acceptance Tests.
• Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form.
