Job description

As a Quality Assurance Executive, you’ll be immersed in hands-on operations across production, audits, regulatory compliance, and customer interaction. You’ll be trained and supported by experienced professionals, work alongside dynamic teams, and help maintain the reputation of our top-tier bakery products.

Operations:
Implement and monitor quality assurance (QA) programs to ensure that raw materials and finished goods meet specifications. Conduct routine audits, maintain technical QA documentation, and update quality standards. Perform product testing (shelf-life, lab, and environmental), develop nutrition labels, and ensure regulatory compliance. Support GMP training and continuous improvement through data analysis and SPC tools.

Supplier & Customer Management:
Oversee the Vendor Assurance Program and conduct audits. Address supplier non-conformances and ensure compliance with food safety and trade regulations. Maintain a safe, audit-ready facility that meets customer and regulatory standards.

Customer Support:
Act as the QA liaison, visiting outlets to resolve product concerns and deliver training. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.

Team & Safety:
Assist in onboarding and performance reviews of QA staff. Foster cross-functional collaboration and uphold ARYZTA’s WH&S policies through risk assessments, safety reviews, and issue resolution.

Education: Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related discipline

Experience: 2–3+ years in food manufacturing QA preferred

Working Hours

Alternate Weeks: Monday to Saturday (8:30 am–5:30 pm)

  • One day off, one day Rest

  • Working hours may be adjusted to align with the business's operational needs.

  • Additional hours may be required to fulfil key responsibilities.
