Quality Assurance Technician

Perform quality control inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.

Conduct testing and analysis of products using specialized equipment and procedures.

Document and report findings, including any non-conformities or deviations from standards, to management.

Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and protocols.

Provide support to production personnel, including troubleshooting quality issues and providing training on quality assurance procedures.

Assist in the investigation of customer complaints and quality issues, and work with other departments to resolve them.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality assurance activities.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in engineering, or any related field.

Previous experience in quality assurance or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use specialized equipment and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices, including ISO 9001 or other relevant standards.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision.
