Conducting audits
Joining our QHSE & Sustainability team, you will act as a management system ambassador and support for the management on how QEHS & Sustainability audits should be carried out on a regional and global level to ensure highlighting of risks and identification of best practices enabling cross regional learning.
Responsibilities
Provide accurate audit trails
Propose findings to the lead auditor/quality director
Assessing and auditing for assurance
Propose sustainable opportunities for improvement and business success
Support the development of a learning, blame-free culture
Apply systems thinking to support effective outcomes
Qualifications
You have previously worked within QHSE and maybe sustainability audits, and with your experience, you understand the importance of, and the complexity given by stakeholders’ needs.
Additionally, you have:
Comprehensive knowledge within quality management systems
Solid knowledge and insights in standards e.g. TAPA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other management system standards
Knowledge within logistics
Solid knowledge of risk assessment
Furthermore, you have:
Several years’ experience working in a large international organization conducting audits (QHSE)
Strong understanding of investigative methodologies and tools and risk identification and mitigation strategies as well as root cause analysis
Knowledge of international and local laws and regulations related to compliance
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Any formal qualifications as a certified auditor or certified quality manager will be a plus and so is knowledge about decarbonization in supply chains.
