Make an Impact by:

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of Service Delivery Operations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and de-brief areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
• Submit a comprehensive audit report detailing findings and recommendations on identified issues.
• Conduct monthly briefing session with Operations to share areas of improvement.
• Verify data entered for completed jobs against established benchmarks or standards.
• Use system tools to validate the equipment activation status.
• Contact customer to seek service feedback and arrange any follow up.
• Conduct Monthly Quality Monitoring for 6 months.
• Conduct one-on-one in-person engagement sessions for new hires less than 6 months and poor performers.
• Identify areas for improvement through completed jobs and audit report.
• Curating and broadcast ing monthly learning articles to promote continuous learning and engagement through digital platform

Skills for Success:

• Diplomain any discipline from a recognized institution
• Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting audit in any industry
• Effective presentation, training delivery and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and ability to persuade others to change existing practices.
• Available to work non-office hours for network incident support and restoration.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently under pressure.
