Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and supports clinical quality and safety initiatives, including audits, risk management, and incident reporting across the organization.

  • Supports credentialing, regulatory compliance, and clinical governance committees by preparing documentation, meeting materials, and follow-ups.

  • Works with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous improvement and high clinical standards.

  • Collects and analyses quality and safety data to generate reports, dashboards, and actionable insights that support performance improvement.

  • Maintains communication platforms (e.g., institute website), drafts meeting minutes, and helps create materials that promote governance and safety initiatives.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or equivalent

  • Experience in healthcare quality and safety, project management will be advantageous

  • A good team player, meticulous, service-oriented

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
