Job Summary
As a QA Executive, you will ensure all kiosks comply with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards as required by Singapore’s SFA and internal policies. You will play a key role in maintaining consistent food quality, auditing processes, and supporting continuous improvement in quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of kiosks to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and SOPs.
- Develop and update QA documentation, including checklists, SOPs, and audit forms.
- Monitor food preparation and storage practices to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Investigate quality issues and customer complaints, and work with operations to implement corrective actions.
- Guide kiosk staff on food safety, hygiene practices, and internal QA protocols.
- Maintain proper records for audits and inspections (internal and government).
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of QA/QC experience in F&B, preferably in QSR, kiosk, or central kitchen setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations in Singapore (e.g., SFA, NEA guidelines).
- Familiarity with quality systems is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for training and audits.
Preferred Qualifications
- WSQ Food Hygiene Officer certification.
- Prior experience handling central kitchen and multiple outlets.
- Ability to travel across outlets for audits.
