Job summary

A leading company in the marine and offshore sector is seeking a motivated individual for a role focused on process management and compliance. The position involves supporting ISO maintenance and project management while collaborating with various departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.

Qualifications

  • 0 - 2 years working experience in quality assurance or ISO related scopes.
  • Good understanding of ISO standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 22000.
  • Ability to read and speak Chinese for collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in initial investigation of customer/departmental complaints and disputes.
  • Support and assist in regular process compliance checks.
  • Monitor and track the progress of strategic/major projects.

Job description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Management & Compliance

  • Assist in initial investigation of customer (external) / departmental (internal) complaints and disputes, which includes root cause analysis, tracking of improvement actions and auditing effectiveness of improvement actions
  • Support and assist in regular process compliance checks
  • Proactively collaborate with Process Champions to understand and document departmental processes and challenges
  • Follow-up and review of Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and Risks and Opportunities (R&O) from respective operational departments

ISO maintenance

  • Support and work with related representatives to update and maintain the ISO Standards

Project Management

  • Support on monitoring and tracking the progress of strategic / major projects that are crucial for growth of RMS
  • Ad-hoc tasks related to business processes and projects
WORKING REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Business Management, Business Process Management and etc.); Advanced Diploma or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE) are a plus.
  • 0 - 2 years working experiences in quality assurance or ISO related scopes
  • Good understanding on ISO standards (such as ISO 9001, and ISO 22000)
  • Strong verbal and writing (documentation) skills in English
  • Ability to read and speak Chinese (Mainly due to close collaboration with Chinese speaking counterpart)
  • Willing to learn new things from system and technological perspectives
  • Have good interest in business process, process improvement and open for changes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of quality excellence.
