Job description

Our client, a well-known Japanese company, is looking for candidates for the position of Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer.

Responsibilities:

1. Direct and supervise WIP and final inspections
2. Handle and approve first article submission
3. Understand and ensure compliance with customer requirements
4. Monitor, maintain, and continually improve quality standards
5. Resolve quality issues with internal and external parties
6. Supervise and maintain calibration of measuring equipment
7. Review non-conformances and approve disposition actions
8. Create 8D reports
9. Provide periodic quality reviews and training
10. Participate in first article product and process development
11. Assist in maintaining ISO management system, reports, follow-up, and closure
12. Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field
2. Minimum of 3 years in related fields
3. Knowledge of measuring and statistical techniques
4. Knowledge of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
